We are Job Tuta Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the vibrant community of Kaiti, Kenya.
Founded in 2022, we recognize the challenges faced by many - poverty, limited access to healthcare and education, and limited opportunities for youth.
Driven by compassion and a belief in the potential of every individual, we are committed to building a brighter future for all in Kaiti.

About the Founder
Born and raised amidst the rolling hills of Kaiti Constituency, Job Tuta knows firsthand the joys and struggles of this vibrant community. With a multifaceted background as an accountant, banker, sociologist, humanitarian, mechanic, and a current Masters Student in Public Policy and Management at Strathmore University in Nairobi, he possesses unique insight into the challenges and opportunities that shape this region.
His professional journey has taken him from meticulously crunching numbers as an accountant to analyzing and shaping public policy. This experience revealed the limitations that restricted resources can impose, particularly in the realms of education and social development. Yet, Job harbors a vision far grander than spreadsheets and figures. He dreams of a Kaiti free from the shackles of poverty, a place where opportunity dances on every doorstep and young hearts brim with limitless dreams.
Witnessing the limited reach of government funding, especially in education, ignited a passion to fill the gap. His foundation envisions a future where students, driven by talent and determination, not financial constraints, unlock their full potential through scholarships and educational support.
But Job's vision extends beyond classrooms. A true multi-hyphenate, he recognizes the untapped potential hidden within the creative spirit of Kaiti's youth. Sports and the arts, he believes, are not just avenues for expression, but also pathways to economic empowerment. This belief manifested in "The Job Tuta League," a 2023 initiative that saw local soccer teams compete for glory and cash prizes, all while receiving essential kits sponsored by the foundation.
